Dornoch Community Centre

In 2009 Jefcoate Anderson were appointed by the Dornoch and District Community Association (DADCA) to prepare designs for a new community centre in Dornoch.

Replacing the existing Social Club the proposed community centre will provide core accommodation of a multi function hall with a capacity of 350 standing and 110 seated, meeting rooms, youth room, cafe/bar and kitchen as well as changing and shower facilities for the local football club.

Energy Conscious Design

We firmly believe in the importance of creating energy efficient buildings through conventional means and by passive adoption of resources such as sunlight and natural ventilation for lighting, heating and cooling. We are increasingly involved in projects using on site power generation, whether it be hot water, wind, geothermal or hydro electric.
