Extension to a bungalow, Waterfoot
Designed for an accomplished structural engineer, this ambitious project removed the entire roof from a typical family bungalow and installed a new first floor, effectively doubling the size of the property.
The new large first floor window and balcony provide an open aspect from the master suite with views out over the local hills.
