Feasibility study for new residential development in Midlothian

We were asked by a multi-national company to investigate the possibility of development on a disused railway siding which adjoined their own factory premises.

A number of residential blocks are proposed which are orientated to make the most of the available views and to prevent overlooking of adjacent housing and industrial sites.

Discussions are ongoing and it is aimed to present this to planning later on in 2008.
