House extension, Penicuik
Located around the corner from our practice office, this project turned a small two bedroom cottage into a four bedroom family room with the main living accommodation located on a bridge from the first floor to the rear garden.
The new glazed ridge accommodated a new kitchen and allows views across the valley.
